A stern solicitors letter sorted that one out, but if the site in question is outside the EU, then there is not a lot you can do other than go report them to NIC argentina for domain abuse. I have to say that your original site is fantastic - you obviously worked very closely with Rowan to make a site that really fits with her designs.
